One of the goals of IRIS is to share models for engaging communities in telling and creating their own stories of sustainability outside of North Central Washington. We want to see even more vital communities engaged in amplifying success as a tool for building sustainability.

The project, called The Nature Conservancy of Washington, involves volunteer and staff of The Nature Conservancy and IRIS in gathering interviews and photos that highlight the people and path of this conservation organization for the past 50 years.
