Consulting Management Services is an expanding firm in the Falls Church Area. We have worked hard to become successful and have formed partnerships with companies in the Telecommunications industry. Our goal for our clients is simple: develop new business and help their business expand into new markets. We are fortunate enough to sustain these relationships with our clients over the years. With our recent success this past year, we are now in need of a bigger team! Our Customer Service team is the pinnacle of influencing the brand experience, which is how we generate new business for our clients. We are currently seeking a forward-thinking, people-oriented individual to join our team as the Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative Include:

  • Preserve a student mentality while training alongside other Customer Service Representatives to grasp the basics of the role
  • Maintain open lines of communication with leadership and management as well as other Customer Service Representatives
  • Communicate directly with customers on products and services offered by our clients, expanding on the advantages and closing sales opportunities
  • Work directly with our client’s potential customers and handle each interaction with the utmost professionalism while also following compliance and CDC guidelines
  • Participate in leadership development and support in training newer Customer Service Representatives if needed
  • Contribute any thoughts and ideas during daily team meetings on how to improve processes and interactions with client consumers

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

  • A background in Customer Service, Client Relations, Sales, Customer Service, or Communications
  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • An outgoing, energetic, and determined demeanor when interacting with others
  • An undeniable drive for success and professional advancement in a lucrative industry
  • Must have a student mentality to receive continued training and development
  • Must be a self-starter and be driven to succeed beyond the entry level role of the Customer Service Representative
  • Must be people-oriented and have a genuinely positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,050.00 per week
