Qualitest is looking for a Quality Engineering Lead/Engagement Lead to join our growing team in Estero, Florida! Limited travel involved.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engagement Lead
Utility Experience is preferred.
Experience interacting with clients in a consulting relationship.
Experience building and maintaining teams.
Experience with project management.
Experience with building relationships with people at all levels.
Super verbal and written communication skills.
Strong multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently.
Strong analytical skills.
Highly developed attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $115,000 - $155,000
