Job Title: Administration Assistant
Location: Cumbernauld
Hours: Full Time
Salary: National Minimum Wage
Contract: Temporary – Initial six month contract, with the possibility of extension.
Optical Express is the UK’s only complete eye care provider, and Europe’s leading private provider of laser eye surgery and premium intraocular lens and cataract surgery. Each week Optical Express Surgeons undertake more laser eye surgery and private intraocular lens procedures collectively than any other providers.
We are looking for a temporary administration assistant to work within our office warehouse in Cumbernauld.
As the Administration Assistant you will be responsible for the handling, organisation and the preparation of confidential records for disposal.
Key responsibilities;
- Scanning and uploading of records
- Preparation of records ready for secure disposal
- Maintaining filing systems
- Manual handling of boxed records
- Other administration duties
Essential Skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Adaptable with a flexible approach to work
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Demonstrate confidentiality and professionalism
No Experience is necessary as full training will be given.
