Hazelnuts Creperie is seeking a motivated and passionate Unit Supervisor to join our team. As a Unit Supervisor, you will work hands on with the team and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, inspiring and motivating team members to provide exceptional customer service
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints or issues
• Provide guidance and support to shift supervisors and team members
• Monitor performance and provide training and instruction on the job
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory and order supplies
• Resolve customer complaints and issues
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Collaborate with the owner to improve operational efficiency
• Promote and maintain a positive work environment by demonstrating leadership, team work, and effective communication skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in food service or similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Our shop is located at the Blakeney Shopping Center in the heart of South Charlotte. We are a counter service concept offering a fast casual dining experience that is innovative and delicious. Our menu is inspired by international cuisine served up with a modern spin on crepes.

Pay: Starting at $15 / hour
