This position is for a part-time Spa Coordinator at Aspen Leaf Day Spa on the grounds of Sleeping Lady Resort, Leavenworth, WA

This is a part-time position, 2-3 days per week. Must be available to work weekends, holidays and all shift hours. Potential for full-time schedule based on spa needs.

Looking for a professional with superior customer service skills who will ensure that every guest has a friendly, inviting and memorable experience.

Will be responsible for day spa front desk, all incoming calls, scheduling of appointments and handling multiple schedules for the therapists.

Must be a team player, dependable, possess multi-tasking skills with the ability to stay focused and handle a high level of responsibility including troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Will be assisting technicians, servicing sales and maintaining retail sales and service goals. This includes coordinating and directing the spa guests, assisting therapists and maintaining products and spa back supplies.

Special Skills desired but willing to train the right person: spa scheduling software, customer service, filing, computer, telephone, handling e-mails, payment processing.'
