The Parts Puller / Sorter is responsible for all aspects of parts supply in support of Mustang's large engine facility. Benefits include: • Great Work-Life Balance • On-Premise Clinic • Opportunity for over-time • Tuition Reimbursement • Vast Growth Opportunities • Job Stability • Full-Time Benefits to Include: Medical, Dental, Vision • 401(k) Employer Matching • Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays Responsibilities: • Pull parts orders manually and using a forklift • Organizing and staging parts ahead of delivery • Communicate to technicians and supervisors to provide "just-in-time" parts deliveries to shop floor to minimize clutter • Organize delivery parts to minimize technician down time • Process parts returns and part cores returns • Perform all required tasks in a safe manner • Maintain a clean work area • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • High school graduate or equivalent • Experience working in a warehouse environment • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) • Customer service experience • Highly organized • Strong attention to detail • Previous experience operating a forklift • Ability to demonstrate safe practices and follow all safety policies • Lift a minimum of 50 lbs • Work in non-climate controlled area • Basic computer skills including experience with email, word processing, Excel, etc. Preferred Experience: • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Mustang Cat is a licensed Caterpillar dealer that provides new and used construction equipment, machinery, power systems, rentals, servicing, and more.
