Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking an individual to join our administrative team. We are looking for a long-term, dedicated employee that wants to make a career for themselves. This individual will help coordinate orthodontic treatment, take photos and radiographs, record initial exam findings, create estimates, follow-up on new patients, perform informed consent, contracts and send monthly statements.

Prior experience is desired but not required. The most important thing about the treatment coordinator role is the ability to communicate, multi-task and to be the advocate for the patient and their family. You will secondarily assist the scheduling coordinators when needed.

This position is Monday through Thursday 8-5. We offer health care, 401k match, and PTO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
