Responsibilities:
- Improve maintenance work force effectiveness by eliminating potential for delays and obstacles through proper planning and coordination of parts, equipment and personnel.
- Plan non-emergency maintenance work
- Review all non-emergency work requests for the Equipment Services Department with Lead Technicians.
- Write a detailed step-by-step, job plan for the Technicians to follow and work with Lead Technicians to create a more efficient task list on existing PM’s.
- Save this information within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Review completed scheduled PM work orders for consistency information and relay to Supervisor any concerns.
- Create new asset PM’s using manual baseline schedule and work with lead tech for adjustments.
- Communicate PM needs between maintenance and plant leadership.
- Create PM/PdM calendars as needed.
- Work with Tool Crib employees to ensure correct parts are available for PM’s.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years' related experience
- Associate degree (in related field)
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of Word, Outlook, Teams
- Must have valid driving privileges
- Occasional travel (0-5%)
- Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)
