At Gulf Coast Health Center, Inc., we rely on our IT systems for our business to provide patient care. We’re seeking a Help Desktop Support who’s eager learn and grow his or her technological skills in a healthcare environment. In this role, the successful individual will be responsible for offer support and technical assistance to staff who are using software, hardware, or other computer systems and need help completing tasks or troubleshooting problems. From early on, the IT Technical Support will be the front line in solving issues with staff’s computers and peripherals while ensuring users receive the maximum benefits from them. Our ideal hire will have a knowledge of software/hardware repair and Windows 10 and experience with troubleshooting.
