Job Summary:

The Group Reservations Coordinator builds rapport and maintains relationships by providing local expertise and guidance; administers group and conference lodging needs through follow up with each meeting planner and guest; creates an environment of success for the continued growth of Conference Sales for Park City Resort. This position works closely with Conference Services and Group Sales teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent and personalized customer service to a variety of clientele through professional, engaging and friendly assistance.
  • Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone and electronic communication.
  • Continuously work with other members of Conference Operations to improve and maintain service standards, communications and procedures that impact clients and attendees, in order to protect and improve our conference product and experience.
  • Maintain and manage details for each group including contracts, reservation requests, and all other documentation.
  • Demonstrate an unyielding passion for the guest experience, culture, mission and vision by troubleshooting and resolving guest and partner issues in a timely and mutually beneficial outcome. Ensure all Reservations policies are upheld.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge of conference service operations and sales processes. Attends educational workshops and training courses; participates in departmental/company-wide initiatives to drive internal and external customer experiences.
  • Provides excellent service by maintaining and administering group rooming lists and contracts.
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • High School graduate.
  • Call center, hospitality or sales experience preferred.
  • Date entry preferred.
  • MS Office Suite.
  • Property Management software experience preferred: LMS Delphi.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Must be able to work on the phone and computer for long periods of time.
  • Flexible schedule, exceptional time management and attention to detail.
  • High level of interpersonal communication and a focus on customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask.


Requirement: Must reside within a state that we operate a resort in and within 3 hours of resort as #1 qualification


The expected pay range is $22. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
