This position is for an experienced dental assistant to join our restorative dental department. You will be working with our Restorative Dental Specialists.

Responsibilities for Dental Assistant

  • Prepare suites for dental appointments
  • Greet and seat patients
  • Answer patient questions
  • Assist multiple doctors with dental procedures
  • Clean and sterilize dental rooms and instruments
  • Prepare lab work
  • Take x-rays and impressions
  • Maintain Patient Records (Dentrix)
  • Maintain equipment
  • Organize and maintain dental treatment areas, drawers, equipment

Qualifications for Dental Assistant

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree is required
  • Knowledge of dental procedures and dental assisting
  • A minimum of 2 years dental assisting experience
  • Self-starter while following office protocols and systems
  • Strong communication skills when speaking with patients and doctors
  • Organized, careful and excellent follow through
  • Ability to motivate and unite team members
  • Understands the importance of doctor and patient support
  • Knowledge of Dentrix

This is a full time position and we pay very competitive wages and bonuses based on experience and performance.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
