Equipment Repair Technician

Hebron, Kentucky.

The Position

The Equipment Repair Technician is a Full Time position responsible for the safe and effective repair of the Company’s mechanical and electrical equipment, in support of the Company’s installation teams. In addition to mechanical repair, the role will require driving the companies box truck to and from jobs when required.
The repair work is to be completed at the Company warehouse located in Hebron,
Kentucky. The role reports to the Company’s Warehouse Manager and is responsible to:

• Repair the Company’s array of electric floor scarifiers, grinders, jackhammers, concrete saws, electric transformers, and similar tools and equipment.

• Repair Passenger vans, and pick up fleet
• Develop & lead preventive maintenance program on all equipment
• Maintain disciplined adherence to 5S standards in the warehouse
• Safely and lawfully operate Company equipment, including vehicles, forklifts, and other machinery and equipment

• Ability to have a flexible schedule when needed. Driving our company vehicles will require hours that fall out of the normal schedule on occasion

The Person

The Equipment Repair Technician will be a self-motivated, high-energy person with a strong desire to help the company achieve excellent reliability and efficiency in its equipment management and operations . Integrity, honesty, trustworthiness and self-discipline are essential character traits.

Candidates will have strong communication skills and must be fluent in English.

Candidates should have proven mechanical ability along with experience in equipment maintenance including welding (preferably with certification).
Experience in construction, logistics and/or military service may prove relevant and valuable.

NOTE: The Company’s warehouse, vehicles and operations are drug-free and tobacco-free, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

The Compensation

Compensation will be commensurate with the strength and experience of the candidate, in a likely range between $23 -$25 per hour. Schedule will be Monday-
Friday First Shift
