Become a Behavioral Technician with HCA! As a Behavioral Technician, you will work with children in their homes helping them build stronger skills utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

As a Behavioral Technician, you will:

Qualifications:

  • A strong desire to make a meaningful and lasting difference
  • Available during most afternoons and evenings (Sessions typically occur between, but not limited to, the hours of 12pm-8pm)
  • Must be 18 y/o or older
  • Minimum HS diploma + 1 Year Experience in ABA/related field
  • OR have a Bachelor's degree (no exp. necessary with degree)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Criminal background check clearance
  • Access to reliable transportation – You will be traveling to client homes to provide services

Other Qualities We Appreciate… but are not required:

  • Bachelor's degree; background in human services, child development, ABA, early childhood education, liberal studies, nursing, psychology, or sociology
  • Bilingual a plus; High need for Spanish speaking candidates
  • 1+ years of experience working with children/adults with neuro-diversities
  • Active RBT certification

We’ve been changing lives since 1983 and are continuously looking for committed, hard-working, honest and caring individuals to join our team. We are seeking staff that can work in various parts of Redlands (including, but not limited to Banning, Beaumont, Calimesa, Yucaipa, and Cherry Valley).
Staff are NOT required to cover all areas and we will seek to assign you cases in a reasonable coverage area.
Applicant please be aware that many of our clients are frequently requesting in-home visits from staff members who are fully vaccinated, and therefore we are scheduling those visits accordingly, subject to applicable law.
Opportunities for staff who are not fully vaccinated or who decline to provide HCA with their vaccination status may be limited.
The applicant should be aware that work hours tend to be most frequently available in the afternoons and evenings. Weekend scheduling with more mornings available is possible, but is not required. At this time we are seeking new staff to work primarily in-home.
