Job Purpose
The Director of Student Conduct is a key leadership role in Gonzaga University’s Division of Student Affairs and is responsible for leading the Resolution Center for Student Conduct and Conflict team. The Director is tasked with setting the strategic and operational direction for an exemplary student conduct program focused by best practices, Gonzaga’s Jesuit, Catholic mission, and Division of Student Affairs priorities. priorities The Director supports collaborative student success strategies for an increasingly more diverse generation of Gonzaga students whose needs are constantly evolving. This position reports to the Dean for Student Well-being and serves on the Student Affairs Division Department Leadership Team and is a member of the Well-being and Flourishing Leadership Team.
