Work schedule: M-F evenings and occasional weekends.

Job Summary:

Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster, Ltd. is seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, positive, dependable, hardworking, trust worthy and has a desire to be a part of a team. Our Environmental Services Associates are part of the Environmental Services department who take great pride in their work of ensuring that both our orthopedic practices and surgery centers are well-cleaned and organized. This team is crucial to our success because the safety of our patients and all of our staff is most important. After an initial training period, you will be part of a team that cleans our three commercial business locations in Lancaster County. Specifically, this is our North Pointe, Willow Street, and Spooky Nook locations.

COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate:

Due to the CMS rule for healthcare employees, and specifically for employees of NPSC, OAL Realty, and some employees of OAL, OAL now has a COVID-19 vaccine mandate in place.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• One year of experience in cleaning/housekeeping/environmental services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as part of a commercial cleaning team is preferred.
• Prior experience cleaning healthcare facilities is preferred.
