A leader in heavy equipment located in Streetsboro, OH, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This position offers a great place to work, great benefits, hybrid flexibility, competitive compensation, and a family-like atmosphere!

This position is temp to hire to make sure that the employee and the employer both feel it is a good match. Could be hired in sooner than the estimated timeframe of the 3 month consideration mark.

Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolution
- Quote customers on their orders and order entry
- Handle phone and email communications and assist customers if problems were to arise
- Communicate with customers in regards to their orders and the delivery status as well as updating/informing them if anything changes with their shipment

Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- HS degree or GED required
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
