Overview:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for customers who are interested in placing an order, obtaining pricing information or have a question or an issue with a product the company sells. They have many responsibilities such as answering inbound phone calls, addressing customers’ questions about products and order status, and processing orders or returns.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with current and potential clients via telephone, email, and fax
  • Manage continuous incoming calls
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
  • Maintain customer relationships by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise
  • Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
  • Refer issues and questions to managers as necessary
  • Answer inbound calls and generate outbound calls as needed
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Proven customer support experience

Requirements:

  • Familiar with EPR systems and practices

Pay: $17.68 - $24.04 per hour
