Position Overview

Kiddie Academy of Snoqualmie is opening its door and has an exciting leadership opportunity for an energetic, organized, experienced and inspiring professional to join us as Center Director. This position allows you to lead a team of qualified teachers and administrative staff in providing the best learning and development experience for children and their families. You’ll have the opportunity to combine your ECE experience with business management skills to influence the operations of the Academy. Position Overview: As a Center Director, you will be part of the management team responsible for managing the program including all aspects of child care center.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum two (2) years of full-time experience as Director/Assistant Director/Lead Teacher in a large (>100 capacity) center-based programs.
• Candidates should have all credentials required for the position of a Center Director per WAC.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Action oriented, organized, strategic thinker, focused on getting the right things done

License/Certification:

• ECE State certification or AA in Early Child Education (Required)
