The key responsibility of this position will be to assist the Controller with Accounts Payable, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, data entry, and managing claims. This an (in office) position for an experienced and detail-oriented individual that is well versed in accounting and has at least 3 years’ experience in accounts payable and claims management.

Your responsibilities could include…

• Responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payables.
• Pay vendor invoices and bills
• Track purchase orders and process payments that come into the company's accounting department
• Credit Card and Bank Reconciliations
• Scanning, filing, copying and other administrative task delegated by management
• Assist with incoming phone calls
• Assist in employee onboarding
• Manage Worker’s Compensation, vehicle accident, and work-related injury claims

• Complete proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in QuickBooks
• Detailed data entry experience
• Analytic and Organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

• English is required
• 3 years’ experience in an office or administrative role
• 3 years’ Accounts Payable experience
• 3 years’ Claims Management experience
• You are self-driven and a team player.
