Waterproofing Professional/Radon Mitigation Tech (FT)

We provide the best basement waterproofing services in the Twin Cities! Our award-winning services include basement waterproofing, egress windows, crawl space encapsulation, sump pumps, battery backup pump systems, foundation repair, and more!
We seek motivated individuals. We have both entry and advanced-level Waterproofer positions as well as Radon Mitigation Techs and advanced Carpenter positions.
You will:
- Use your skills and natural mechanical ability to expertly install, repair, and maintain waterproofing systems.
- Use your valid driver’s license and pretty good driving record to safely transport tools and equipment to the job site.
- Have the ability to lift and carry objects up to 75 pounds.
- Work Monday - Friday.

Compensation:
- $19-$30 per hour depending on experience and driving record - plus overtime means you can make $45,000 to $65,000 per year!
- This is a good place to grow. Most of our Foreman and Service Techs earn $70,000 plus per year.
