Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 20:00 - 06:00

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

• Supervising a small team who will receive, pick and prepare goods for shipment according to safe working practices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, in order to deliver a high quality service to our customers
• To operate in accordance with safe systems of work, standard operating procedures and quality standards at all times
• Contribute to driving customer value by assisting in process and continuous improvement across the operation
• Ensure that all company & customer Health and Safety policies and standards of housekeeping are adhered to at all times
• To partake in continuous improvement projects as and when required
• Contribute to the process efficiency and cost saving program as required

• Strong IT skills, particularly using Microsoft office applications - Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Shows flexibility with a 'can do' attitude
• Previous experience working in a warehouse role
• Ideally will have some supervisory experience within a warehouse environment
• MHE Experience is desirable, PPT or Counterbalance
