JobTracks Caribbean is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse associate metro area. A Warehouse associate metro area is a professional who is responsible for fulfilling the logistics behind receiving, processing and storing inventory according to purchase orders and store policy. They also ensure that shipping schedules are met with attention to detail to ensure timely delivery and loss prevention.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse associate metro area:

  • A Warehouse associate metro area need to handle all incoming shipments.
  • Perform verification of purchased products and enter order receipts into computer system.
  • Perform quality assurance inspections when appropriate.
  • Place received material, after segregating backorders, into proper warehouse storage locations. When appropriate, relocate and consolidate material and notify management of new bon/table locations.
  • Pull, pack, weigh and label materials for shipment (including assemble & hold orders).
  • A Warehouse associate metro area duty of prepare bills of lading and express receipts.
  • Assist in loading the trucks.
  • Prepare local delivery records and complete applicable blocks on the pick ticket.
  • A Warehouse associate metro area need to maintain appropriate forms pending return of material.
  • Inspect condition of returned material prior to completing return authorization forms.
  • Pull stock and return it to the correct location pending credit memo, sale or return to supplier.
  • A Warehouse associate metro area responsible of clean warehouse and trucking/parking area.
  • Assemble and disassemble bins, racks, shelves and tables as needed.
  • Administer preventative maintenance programs to delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety practices for warehouse operations.
  • Record verbal/written complaints from customers concerning dissatisfaction with product or service provided. Process the complaint by responding to the customer with the action taken to correct the problem or directing the complaint department supervisor/manager where necessary.
  • A Warehouse associate metro area needs to maintain counter stock as needed.
  • May assist with over-the-counter sales.
  • A Warehouse associate metro area must have Basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • A Warehouse associate metro area must have to understand product description, SKU and PO numbers

  • Salary $20,250.00 per year
  • 6 Month contract
  • Possibility of conversion to full time employee
  • 40 hours weekly
  • Day Shift 8am-5pm
  • Weekdays

Qualifications of Warehouse associate metro area Position:

  • Entrepreneurial attitude: must be self-managed and resourceful
  • Incredibly organized
  • Resume and application is 100% free of spelling or grammar errors
  • Experience in retail, picking/packing, and shipping is preferred
  • A Warehouse associate metro area must have an experience working with USPS, DHL, FedEx and UPS

  • Attention to detail and good time management skills.
  • Use voice-based order system to pull and palletize store orders
  • Manually stacking product onto pallets, wrapping, and preparing product for shipment.
  • Respect all Good Organics compliances when stacking product
  • Operating an electric/motorized ride on standing pallet jack (either single or double)
  • Assist in cleaning the warehouse, maintaining a safe working environment
  • Comply with all applicable health and safety codes
  • A Warehouse associate metro area need to communicate and maintain employee safety and security standards
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work well with others, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with little supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $20,250.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday
