Located 30 miles north of downtown Dallas, Omni PGA Frisco Resort is the largest resort currently in development in the country. Opening spring 2023, the resort will feature 500 guest rooms and suites, 10 four-bedroom ranch houses, three pools, including an adults-only rooftop infinity pool, a destination spa, Lounge by Top Golf, and over 127,000-square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. An expansive retail and entertainment district will feature dining, shopping and an outdoor stage set to be activated for concerts and outdoor programming. The Resort will become a leading destination for golf providing an unparalleled experience for those who are advanced players, new to the game, and everything in between. The resort will offer 46 holes of golf designed by Beau Welling and Gil Hanse, including two 18-hole championship golf courses, a lighted 10-hole short course, and a lighted two-acre putting green.

This position is responsible for managing content to be displayed by our video display screen in the PGA District. The role includes managing and auditing all content received from external clients and sponsors. Responsibilities also include maintaining and updating signage inventory, verifying content integrity for daily digital display and managing and producing event related signage.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily programming of the video display screen in the PGA District by managing a minute-by minute schedule
- Ensure content is formatted to video display screen software specifications
- Monitor and troubleshoot digital signage platforms for issues and escalate when needed
- Collaborate with IT department in terms of overseeing content related hardware and software
- Fulfill requests from groups and social catering clients who purchase branding packages
- Manage digital content for client logo/branding/video or static content during events and site visits
- Manage digital content for on-site promotion for property restaurants, spa, retail, amenities, golf memberships, etc.
- Manage content for live TV broadcast for events (i.e. New Year’s Eve, Super Bowl, Dallas Cowboys football games, concerts, Masters, etc.)
- Collaborate with PGA of America to display content during PGA Championship events
- Collaborate with director of resort events to display special event content
Job Requirements:
- Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, proofreading)
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic Computer skillset and knowledge (Windows OS, Office 365)
- Experience with Adobe Suite and/or equivalent
- Content design skillset
Preferred Skills:
- Previous technical experience with content delivery systems
- Basic Technical knowledge of audio/visual systems
- Experience with media engagement strategies and best practices
- Moderate technical troubleshooting experience
- Ability to work under time driven tasks
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
