We are looking for a visionary leader to revitalize this location and improve customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their store, including customer service, product selection and employee morale. Despite the store's recent decline, we think it has a bright future if the right person takes charge.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the store is operated in a legal and ethical manner.
• Ensure that all employees are performing their duties in accordance with corporate policies.
• Ensure that all store employees are well trained and made aware of store protocols.
• Maintain store inventory levels and ensure that the most current product information is available to customers, as well as ensuring the store's promotional displays reflect the latest trends.
• Manage, review and approve vacation requests, time sheets and expense reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
