The Lactation Network is hiring an Sr. Manager of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing . We are rapidly growing our team as we bring much needed care to families across the country. Were looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to manage our email marketing operations to support our success as we scale our business.

Breakdown of the role
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration (50%). Youll configure and manage our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to build, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
Email development (30%). Youll collaborate with creative content development resources to build, test, and deploy email marketing templates.
Reporting and Analytics (20%). Youll build and monitor email marketing analytics and identify actionable insights from the data.
What youll do Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Configure lead capture and nurture campaigns for customer acquisition in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Using paths/journeys, triggers, automations, dynamic lists, segmentation, etc.)
Set up, test, and launch complex email campaigns containing interactive and dynamic content with a heavy emphasis on data-driven customer segmentation, testing protocol, and technical execution.
Design highly personalized emails through the use of customer data.
Collaborate with copywriters and visual designers to develop email templates and series that meets brand standards and creative best practices.
Maximize customer engagement and campaign conversion rates through A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
Build email marketing metrics and reporting to manage campaign performance.
Ensure responsive rendering of emails across all browsers & devices.
Lead best practices in domain reputation management and email deliverability.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accessibility requirements and standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, ADA, WCAG, etc.)

3-5 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation for email marketing campaigns (Pardot, Exact Target)
2+ years agile development practices and associated tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Experience working with Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including: Mobile Connect, Personalization Builder, Audience Builder, Interaction Studio, Journey Builder, and Advertising Studio
Relevant experience in email template development and customization including: AMP for Email, form builders, HTML5, CSS, server-side Javascript, PHP, and W3C standards.
Proficient in responsive email design and front-end development.
Familiarity with content management system (e.g. Wordpress).
Experience with email platforms (e.g., SendGrid, Mandrill/Mailchimp, MailGun).
Experience with survey builders (e.g., Qualtrix, Google Forms, etc.).
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Expertise in email compliance regulations, accessibility and deliverability best practices, including: CAN-SPAM, Apple Mail Privacy Protection, GDPR, WCAG, ADA and marketing consent.
Understanding of A/B and multivariant testing as well as tracking and tagging best practices.
Ability to work within Adobe Creative Cloud.
Ability to interpret analytics/trends and identify actionable insights.
Ability to translate business and marketing needs into well-designed solutions.
Experience with documenting technical processes and marketing automation procedures.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Ability to effectively perform work and achieve goals in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
High attention to detail, with a commitment to high standards.
Demonstrated self-starter; strong skills in taking initiative, organization, standing alone, stretching when needed, and dealing with ambiguity.
A passion for industry best practices and emerging technologies.

What wed also love to see

Certifications for Marketing cloud Admin, Marketing cloud Email specialist and/or Salesforce Admin.
Experience with Salesforce Development/Customizations (APEX, Visual Force, Guide Template Language).
