Job Title:
Speech Language Pathologist

Job Type:
Part-time (Mon-Thurs 3pm-7pm; 8-16 hours per week. Flexible on workdays, but evening work schedule.)

Job Location:
645 Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard, Severna Park, MD (Anne Arundel County; outpatient clinic)
Responsibilities:
Speech Language Pathologist responsibilities include ...
  • Assisting in the assessment, treatment, and implementation of patient care.
  • Evaluating patients with disorders of articulation, language, fluency, voice, and cognition.
  • Developing treatment plans, including short and long-term goals and methods to achieve identified goals.
  • Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 30 minutes with each person.
  • Communicating the patient's speech therapy program to family and/or guardians.
  • Encouraging patients along the road to recovery.
  • Medical specialties at the clinic include articulation, developmental delays, autism, and stroke.
  • School age pediatrics and Adults outpatient caseload; 75% Peds and 25% Adults
Qualifications:
  • Speech Language Pathologist License from the state of Maryland
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
  • Basic computer skills
  • CPR and first aid certification required
  • ASHA Certification
  • CCC a plus
  • Experience treating articulation, developmental delays, autism, and stroke. School age pediatrics.


Salary Description

$51.00 - $57.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
