This is a hybrid position where you will setting appointments for people to learn about the benefits of solar and building/leading a team under you to set appointments, in a residential door to door format.

We are looking for an experienced canvasser to join our team. This person will be responsible for ensuring our canvassers regularly visit clients' homes and businesses to spread awareness of the services we offer. A successful candidate for this role will be assertive, energetic, and persuasive. The right person must have strong leadership skills and a passion for our organization's mission.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a canvassing plan to achieve the team goals.
• Lead by example by canvassing at a high level and showing what's possible.
• Manage staff by providing assignments, guidance, and feedback to canvassers.
• Oversee organizational activities including recruiting, training, supervising of staff, and general logistical operations in order to promote success of team members.
• Recruit team members through networking, social media, and paid ads(like this).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
