Who are we looking for?

We are searching for a goal-oriented, customer-focused Sales Desk Manager who wants to advance their career within the luxury RV industry, with a growing company. If you’re a dealership Sales Manager with a track record of success, and ability to lead winning teams, this could be the opportunity for you!

Ideal candidates will have proven success in driving sales and assuring sales goals are attained, managing daily activity, coaching, inspiring, and developing sales staff to increase vehicle volume, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction scores in sales, ensuring sales representatives are engaging with customers, assisting sales staff with customers, addressing & resolving customer concerns and inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

  • Previous Automotive\RV Sales Management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Active Listening – give full attention to the words and body language of others, take time to understand the points being made and ask questions as appropriate
  • Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Time Management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time
  • Possess ability to meet and exceed RV industry standards in sales and operations
  • 2-3 years proven track record of success as a Sales Manager in an dealership
  • CDK experience is a plus
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $175,000.00 to $220,000.00, which includes commissions on Adjusted New and Used Sales Department Gross.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
