Lingo Staffing is growing and is hiring for an experienced Business Development Manager for our Richmond, Virginia market. The ideal candidate will be adept at the following:

  • Sourcing, qualifying, and cultivating sales leads into new business opportunities within the Light Industrial/Manufacturing and Administrative/Clerical Staffing verticals
  • Providing exceptional customer service to a diverse client and candidate portfolio
  • Executing the organization’s sales processes to ensure that we are cultivating a diverse book of business in the market
  • Partner with the branches and recruiting partners on leads, pricing, and proposals on a daily and weekly basis
  • Maintain regular and consistent contact with customers to meet customer requirements.
  • Develop a sales penetration plan
  • Segment account base by opportunity for growth and potential for risk
  • Develop relationships with all customer-buying influencers
  • Develop a complete understanding of customer’s business, goals, and objectives
  • Help to drive the continued and strategic growth of branch in the market
  • Other duties as needed

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Proven experience selling in the Staffing Industry
  • Significant exposure/familiarity or time working within the Light Industrial, Warehousing, Skilled Trade, and/or Administrative/Professional verticals preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint necessary and prior use of applicant tracking/data management software a plus.
  • Experience managing and maintaining an ATS/CRM
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
