Nurse Requirements:

· Active nurse license in Minnesota (RN)

· BLS CPR Certified

· Be able to pass a DHS background check

· Must be pleasant, respectful, and courteous to residents, staff, and families

· Ability to work every other weekend

Nurse Responsibilities

· Provide appropriate nursing care based on the care plan within nurse scope

· Monitor, recognize and report concerns or changes in resident’s condition

· Act as a liaison between the resident, family, and healthcare providers

· Comply with established policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations

· Delegate appropriate responsibilities to unlicensed nursing staff

· Complete accurate and complaint documentation for nursing care provided

· Respond to resident’s physical, emotional and spiritual needs, act as a professional nurse, model appropriate work ethic and behaviors and follow up with others to do the same

1 year previous experience preferred. We would consider new graduates with previous LTC experience.
