Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking an RN Clinical Manager for our Urgent Care Clinic to provide leadership expertise to staff and ensure all patients receive high quality and efficient care with caring.

What you will do in this role:

  • Direct and monitorthe day-to-day functions of College Park Family Care Center Urgent Care Clinic
  • Collaboratewith the Physician Director of Urgent Care and Director of Nursing to establish, implement and maintain goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems specific to Urgent Care
  • Manage and support clinical staff
  • Serve as resource for Urgent Care staff and providers

  • Ensure quality care is delivered in accordance with College Park and state/government policies and protocols

What Qualifications you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of registered nursing is required
  • Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations

  • Must maintain BLS certification
