We are customer-centric, fun, social and our goal is to Bone-A-Patreat is a locally owned and operated Healthy Pet Market, carrying all natural cat and dog food, treats, toys and everything else your furry (and feathered) friends need! Owner April Lawrence opened the first store in Beaverdale in 2004 and moved to the current location in the Uptown Shopping center in 2010. A second BAP store opened in WDM in 2014, a third location in Urbandale in June 2018 , and a fourth location in Altoona, IA in 2022..

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, helping them find the products they are looking for, providing product information, and assisting with purchases. This position requires strong communication skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide customers with product information and advice.
• Assist customers in selecting items that meet their needs.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of merchandise.
• Ensure that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
