Who We Are Looking For:

As the Communications Coordinator, you will support the retail locations by providing clear directional in various forms. The position will communicate directly with store teams and field leaders in forms of written text, documents, and training videos. The Communications Coordinator identifies issues that stores are having and works with corporate leadership to find solutions.

Your Role:

• Responsible for creating weekly conference call notes and communication to the retail locations.
• Ensures best practices and policies are up to date and clearly written for retail store execution.
• Identify areas for improvement on communication between the corporate office and the retail locations.
• Creates training materials for new programs for the retail locations.
• Monitor the task system used by stores and report on task completion.
• Complete tasks in NetSuite case/task management system.
• Keeps up with changing technologies such as computer software.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

• Attention to detail: Pays attention to all the details of what is communicated, either written, orally or presented. Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing daily tasks. Provides accurate and relevant information on a timely basis to the customer.
• Boasts a clear communication style (verbal and written).
• Preferred 1+ years of full-time store retail experience or leadership.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 Office Skills.
• Analytical background with strong critical thinking skills.
• Work with minimal up-front guidance and take ownership of his / her work product.
• Team player with experience working closely with all functional leaders of the Company.
