We are seeking to hire a full-time Restoration Project Manager to coordinate, assign, and manage the team to successfully follow the scope of work for one or more projects at a time.
A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A RESTORATION PROJECT MANAGER
As a Restoration Project Manager, you coordinate, assign, and manage your team to successfully complete projects. Your great organizational skills allow you to manage or supervise multiple projects at one time. With the Project Director, you analyze the scope of work and the budget to accept or reject based on actual conditions and adjust as needed throughout the project.
With your outstanding leadership skills, you manage, support, and assist Project Supervisors. You prepare the schedule for the project and oversee Project Supervisors in scheduling the work of subcontractors. Your determination to make sure that projects stay organized, under budget, and on schedule is essential to your success. You take great pride in your work and enjoy coming to work every day.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in the restoration industry
- Experience/knowledge in water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, and asbestos remediation
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal code requirements
