You will serve as the creative mind behind the guest experience within the walls of our restaurant at Chick-fil-A Mayfield Heights. You will oversee, contribute to & empower team members to serve a “REMARK”able products and service fast and in a refreshingly clean environment.

You must be motivated and embody the vision of the business. You should be highly intentional, set goals, and give regular coaching and performance feedback to team. In addition, show integrity and joy engaging with guests and team members.

• Flexibility in schedule, must have open availability
• Background in food safety, restaurant operations and hospitality a plus

Up to 45 hours per week in the restaurant

Must be over 21+ years old

Bachelor's degree a plus

Must have previous management experience 2+years in one location
