Registered Nurse | Shoreham | $5,000 Sign-on Bonus | LOW PATIENT RATIOS (Max- 24)

Full Time (2): Tues-Sat 7am-3:30 & 9am-5:30 pm

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

You will:

• Provide on-site clinical support to LPN staff
• Assess patient medical problems and advise on appropriate action
• Perform on-going monitoring of the person’s medical care and records to ensure compliance with ICF regulations
• Ensures that nursing department adherence to all ICF regulations
• Medication and Treatment administration on occasion
• On Call-Telephone Triage once week per month

• Valid NYS Registered Professional Nursing License
• One (1) year of experience preferred, not required.
• Experience with Intellectual Disabilities/Developmental Disabilities preferred, not required.
