Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiting Sourcer to join our team and assist in the recruitment of
entry-level manufacturing production labor. The successful candidate will work independently to identify and attract qualified candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process. This role requires the ability to meet weekly targets and conduct job interviews and digital onboarding processes in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiting managers to understand the requirement of entry-level manufacturing production labor and demand.
- Conduct research to identify potential candidates using both online/offline tools and his/her personal or business network but not limited.
- Screen resumes and applications to determine candidate suitability and ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the role.
- Schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Conduct digital onboarding process with HR system and provide training.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure weekly recruitment targets are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in our applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
- Preferred bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience in staffing agency preferred.
- Experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a manufacturing or light industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of online recruiting tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet weekly recruitment targets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience conducting job interviews and managing digital onboarding processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
