Job description

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) to ensure

compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements

• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to quality control, quality assurance, and

continuous improvement

• Ensure that all production processes are in compliance with established quality standards and that

corrective actions are taken when necessary

• Train and mentor staff in quality management principles, processes, and procedures
• Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards and recommend

corrective actions as required

• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure that new products and processes

meet quality standards and are implemented effectively

• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to ensure that all quality-related issues are addressed in a

timely and effective manner

Qualifications:

• Master"s degree in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a quality management role in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in developing and implementing a comprehensive QMS based on ISO 9001 or similar

standards

• Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with statistical process control and other quality management tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
