Our Client is looking to expand its fit out proposition and therefore require an experienced competent Project Manager to work alongside all their Clients to ensure sustained high levels of service
The successful applicant will manage the entire journey from receipt of customer requirement to on site implementation

The successful applicant will manage the entire journey from receipt of customer requirement to on site implementation
Role and Responsibilities
- Attending Client meetings
- Adhere to scope of works and Clients programme
- Call off materials required in line with store plan
- Organising installation and site activity required
- Conduct Site Surveys
- Liaison with Design Office for bespoke site requirements
- Co-ordinating logistics with transport and warehouse
- Ensure Quality Standards on site
- Liaison with Main Contractor and sub-contractors as necessary
- Issuing Quotations to customers
- Reporting of site installations
- Produce Health and Safety Documents
- Create site information and information to fitting teams
- Site handover to Client / Main Contractor
- Stock Control
- Manage sales orders inline with client programme
- Control site variation costs including written approvals
- Oversee invoicing and final account
- Working professionally at all times in line with the companies polices and procedures
Skills / Qualifications
- On site project management and supervision experience required
- Competence in understanding health and safety and compiling RAMS and construction methods.
- Experience in understanding manufacturing drawings
- Good IT skills with a working knowledge of Word and Excel, Outlook.
- Experience working with major retailers
- Good numeracy and analytical skills.
- CSCS accreditation required for on site management
