We are looking for a Full Time (40 hours a week) Physical Therapist (PT) for a mixed setting position working with an adult and geriatric population. The Physical Therapist will be treating both outpatient patients and home health patients doing homecare visits in assisted living and independent living retirement communities. The Physical Therapist will be working in an outpatient clinic on-site (in the assisted living or independent living facilities) with rehab equipment, and all home health visits are also provided on-site in the patient's retirement community. The pay and benefits for this Physical Therapy position are very generous. We will accept Physical Therapists with any experience in any setting including new grads! This Physical Therapy position is with a company that has been in business many years, therefore it has stability and longevity. MIXED SETTING PT JOB REQUIREMENTS: We will accept a Physical Therapist with ANY experience in any setting including new grads, however if the therapist does have experience with med/surg patients, that is a plus including Emergency Room, Emergency Department, rehabilitation Center / skilled nursing facility SNF, home health care / visiting nurse setting, rehab hospital, correctional facility, hospital / medical center, Intensive Care Unit ICU, Medical Intensive Care Unit MICU, Surgical Intensive Care Unit SICU, Definitive Observation Unit DOU, Critical Care Unit CCU, float / pool nurse. Any experience will be accepted, and new grads are welcomed! The Physical Therapist must have a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist must have a license to practice Physical Therapy in the state. The Physical Therapist MUST either be a US Citizen or have your green card-- no exceptions.
