Woodmark Pharmacy of Connecticut, located in Plainville, is seeking a Full Time Pharmacy Technician to join our team! As we work to build our team - we are seeking dependable and responsible individuals who can work in a timely manner and be able to multitask and work under pressure.
Position Summary:
The Pharmacy technician will support the Director of Pharmacy by guiding daily pharmacy technician operations.
Hours/Shifts:
**Shifts include rotating weekends and holidays
- Shift: 3:00pm to 11:00pm

- Fill daily drug orders accurately and efficiently in a timely manner, under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Assist in prepacking frequently ordered medications, label and store, as needed
- Pull and/or pick medication from shelving and other medication storage areas
- Apply labels to medication packaging.
- Maintain designated workstation areas and replenish all stock supplies needed
- Follow procedures with automated TCGRX dispensing system
- Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA
- High school diploma or GED is required
- CT Pharmacy Technician license required, CPHT preferred
