CustomCARE is one of the larger PCA agencies in Minnesota that serves children, adults with disabilities, and the elderly population. We are currently seeking PCAs and homemakers to assist clients with personal cares, activities of daily living, errand running, homemaking, homework help, and outings in the community.

Two clients (Shared Care), female elementary school sibliings in Bloomington, MN needs assistance with:

· School-Practice for redirection in school

· Emotional Support

· Some Personal Cares

· Meal Prep

· Help choose weather appropriate clothing

· Listen to them reading

· Physical Activity

· Behavior Intervention when necessary

· Bedtime routine

· Drive-must be able to transport siblings

Immediate need for these shifts:

Monday-Friday 4pm-9pm and Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm (Flexible on weekend hours). Potential for more hours.
