Acton Medical Associates, PC is looking for full-time Patient Services Representatives to join our team!

The Patient Services Representative is a customer service role with a busy medical practice. In this role you will:

  • Greet and check in patients for appointments
  • Verify insurance and demographic information
  • Process co-payments
  • Schedule patients for follow-up or future appointments
  • Answer patient phone calls regarding appointments
  • Ensure our patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and have the best experience possible at our practice

Candidates should have:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, manage time effectively and perform under pressure
  • Customer support/service experience
  • Active listening and good communication skills
  • Ability to use/learn a multi-line phone and basic computer systems (Word processing, database navigation)
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different patient needs

Signing bonus available for qualified candidates.

Candidates with previous experience may qualifiy for a higher startiing rate.
