Position Summary:
XWell is a company focused on health and wellness for airport travelers. We have been around for about 20 years, and we are continuing to grow. We are a travel, health and wellness brand that is completely transforming the way people access care. Our upscale, in-airport wellness centers provide medical care, travel testing, wellness therapies and a thoughtful curation of retail items.
As a Passenger Engagement Representative, you will work with a team of dedicated lab technicians and care givers to ensure lab testing rooms are clean and maintained at all times. You will support the delivery of a safe and convenient experience to patients by greeting and escorting them to the testing area. You will maintain quality control standards in relation to entering and maintaining patient data. Ensure that all patients have properly completed their Consent to Test and that all consenting protocols are being adhered and flawlessly executed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Background in sales preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Comfortable with frequent or prolonged standing
