Leasing Specialist –
The Leasing Specialist is responsible for marketing/outreach and processing of applications. Specific responsibilities may include maintaining waiting list of applicants, scheduling appointments, assisting with initial Certifications for regulatory programs if applicable and answering phones.
Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer service experience. Property management experience preferred.
