PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: (90%)

  • Perform Operational tasks including but not limited to cash letters, branch capture, ACH processing, DDA/CD/CIF maintenance, online/mobile banking, statements, wires, garnishments/levy’s, NSF/Exception Processing, IRA, and other operational areas.
  • Process EFT disputes, provide debit card support to branch staff, and perform card maintenance. Ensure satisfactory or higher Reg. E and UMACHA audit results.
  • Assist internal and external customers with inquiries and troubleshoots to find solutions while provide exceptional customer service. Point of contact for escalations of operational issues and research requests.
  • Provide branch support for Precision, Integrated Teller, TCM/SCO, and other branch systems.
  • Responsible for training in all areas of operations and provide backup to ensure coverage as needed.
  • Identify areas of process improvements or areas of risk and provide potential solutions.
  • Assists with various projects and activities of the bank. Assists in developing related documentation and training.
  • Stays abreast of, complies with, and performs functions related to various federal regulations.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: (10%)

  • Develops relationships with all bank employees to enhance network and to increase awareness of new services/opportunities.
  • Represents Bank at various civic and community events.
  • Adhere to compliance procedures and participate in required training.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years operations experience preferred within a financial institution environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work is performed largely within the Bank with limited chance for personal injury. Prolonged and frequent mental and visual concentration required. Periodic stressful situations in response to multiple priorities within established deadlines. Work hours are generally during normal business hours. Unscheduled evening and weekend work may be needed to meet the needs of customers and employees. Out-of-town and overnight business travel will be required. Work on some Saturdays may be required. Must be able to lift and move up to 20 pounds of office supplies and equipment. Some bending, turning, and twisting required.
