Office Assistant / Personal Assistant
We are a construction company looking for a full-time assistant for our office.
Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Days: Monday through Friday
Office Location: Canoga Park
Salary: $20 per hour
Your responsibilities:
· Telephone and texting responsibilities
· Email communication
· Purchasing and verifying orders
· Excel spreadsheet work
· Customer service
· Assisting owner with personal appointments and matters
· Accounting - A/R, A/P
· Updating spreadsheets
· Communication with clients
· Communication with vendors
· General assistance
Must have:
· Valid Identification and social security number
· Experience with Excel spreadsheets (Intermediate)
· Good communication skills
· Good typing and language skills
· Familiar with working with Google Docs, Drive, Calendar
· Familiar with Microsoft Word / Excel and PDF
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tarzana, CA 91356: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Administrative: 2 years (Required)
