Caledonia Home Health Care and Hospice is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist provides direct care to patients of all age in their home setting. The Occupational Therapist assesses patient needs and develops a treatment plan to improve, regain, or maintain patients’ safety and independence with daily function. The successful candidate will have three to five years of clinical experience and a focus in home health and pediatrics is a preferred.Must be an Occupational Therapist currently licensed to practice in the State of Vermont.
