Our patient referrals continue to be on the rise exponentially, and to meet these growing demands, we are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists to join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties of Occupational Therapists

• Provide in home occupational therapy to clients
• Evaluate the client's rehabilitative status and participate in the development of the total plan of care
• Initiate occupational therapy program and instruct other personnel in certain phases of physical therapy with which they may work with a client
• Prepare and submit clinical notes and progress summaries based on the attainment of goals

Occupational Therapist Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Valid license to practice occupational therapy within the state of Massachusetts
• Home care experience preferred (not required)
• Bilingual encourages to apply
• In the event that driving to a patient's home is needed, staff must possess a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle registered and insured to meet Massachusetts' state requirements
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
